WHEREAS, the City of Alamo (“City”,) will consider entering into contingent fee contracts with the law firm of Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott LLP (“Firm”) and hereby posts this notice pursuant to Sec. 2254.106 of the Government Code.
