If you are going to fry a turkey this Thanksgiving, the Alamo Fire Department reminds eveyone of these safety tips:

  1. Make sure turkey is completely thawed.
  2. Use the correct amount of oil.
  3. Cook outside away from structures.
  4. Keep kids and pets away from fryer.
