TRAFFIC ALERT! This is a Code Red Alert from the City of Alamo. Please be advised! Due to a down power line at the 800 block of State Highway 495, please exercise caution when traveling through the area. The affected area is State Highway 495 between Alamo Road and Tower Road. Alamo Fire Department members are on scene for the safety of residents. Repairs are estimated to take 4 hours from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Both directions of traffic on State Highway 495 have partial lane closure for the safety of residents. Motorists are advised to take alternate routes during the closures. Expect traffic and delays. If you have any questions or concerns please call City Hall at 787-0006.
