The Board of Commissioners approved several changes to the Garage Sale Code on January 18, 2022. Recalling that garage sales are all in RESIDENTIAL neighborhoods, the changes are meant to tighten up what a legitimate ‘garage sale’ is meant to be and do– to have Alamo residents secure a garage sale permit to give them the ability to sell their (worn) personal property to the public for 3 consecutive days.
