The restoration of our water treatment plant was short-lived. Unfortunately, this technical issue has caused the plant to lose power which in turn prevents water flow. Staff is working with AEP to get this issue resolved. We strive to have issue corrected by the end of the day. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience.
