Sandbags for Upcoming Hurricane Season

The City is giving out vouchers for sandbags from June 2 til November 2, for Alamo residents and businesses, for the upcoming hurricane season. Pick up a voucher at City Hall. If you have any questions call the City Hall at 787-0006.


Summer Family Fun Fridays Are Back!

Family Fun Fridays are back this summer with the Summer Movie and Concert Series. All events will be held at Downtown Central Park and are FREE. City offices will be closed Monday, May 27, in observance of Memorial Day. Regular business hours will resume Tuesday, May 28, at 8:00 am. Have a safe Memorial Day.


Summer Track and Field

Summer Track and Field Program registering May 6th-May 24th. Fee is $40 and includes TAAF fee and t-shirt. Registration open to boys and girls ages 5 - high school senior. Summer Tennis Camp taking registration from May 6- May 31st. Registration fee of $40 includes TAAF fee and t-shirt. Camp starts June 3rd, Monday-Thursday at the PSJA Memorial HS tennis courts, and ends July 25th. During Tuesday's, May 21st, Board of Commissioners Meeting, the Commission recognized PSJA Memorial Early College High School Lady Wolverines Softball Team for winning District, Bi-District and Area Championships with a record of 31-7-3 and district record of 14-0.
